1. In your link I see that you identified some segments of your market, such as traditionalists, modernists and fashion-oriented consumers. What strategies would you use to attract them and the customers who never tried this before?
To attract the customers, I will make an account on social media platform where I will post my work like traditional and modern designs and that’s how I will show my work and attract people customers to try something new.
2. Have you considered expanding your target market to include tourists, event planners or salon who might need these services?
Yes, absolutely this service is available for everybody even if they are local or tourist. In these terms of event planners, I would love to work with them if they want to add this in their events and it will also be a great opportunity for me to expand my business and people will also learn about this service being provided in their city.
3. Are you aware of competitors in the area and what make your design unique form others?
For the competitors, as much as I get to learn about, we do have some tattoo artist in terrace but not the Heena designer or if I do have any competitor, I would stand out by serving good quality in less price so that’s which will make me different than others.

I didn’t think about the loyalty discounts and offers yet, but I would like to add that with the growth of my company.

To understand customer preferences, observe social media trends, ask for feedback, and analyze bookings. Offer different designs like Arabic, floral, or geometric. Personalize services by letting clients share ideas. Stay updated with seasonal trends and festivals and offer packages or discounts for repeat customers to keep them engaged.
6. Regarding packages for lower-priced events: How will you structure these packages?
Regarding packages for events, I will structure these packages according to the number of people in the events like for group of 20 people and the time it takes like I can offer discounts that I will charge only for 18 and give free services to 2 of them that’s how I will structure it.
7. What platforms or media would you consider most effective in attracting your target audience and why?
I think that all platforms and media are important, but I would consider Instagram and facebook are the most effective in attracting the target audience because nowadays people give more preference to the online platforms, and these are the easy way to attract customers through your work.
8. You mention in your promotion that you will also use customer recommendation: Do you have any incentives to encourage existing customers to bring in new customers
As I mention in my promotion that I will use customer recommendation so the incentives I have to encourage existing customers will be that if existing customer bring in new customer then that existing customer will get 30% off on his service.
